Church Village

A rapidly growing area, Church Village has been rated as one of the least deprived areas to live in Wales with the best access to services in the county. Church Village is bounded by Llantwit Fardre to the west and Tonteg to the east and also has easy access to the Church Vilage bypass and the wider transport links found thereafter. The village is also the site of a former RAF hospital from the World War Two era and later served as the principal hospital for the wider area. The site is now home to the very well thought after St. David’s Manor estate where you can find a mix of apartments, three bedrooms and four bedroom executive detached homes. Church Village also boasts a wide range of pubs, shops and cafes to visit and is also home to Garth Olwg Welsh speaking primary and secondary schools as well the English speaking Llanilltud Faerdref Primary School.
