Let Right Properties are a well established independent Letting Agent requiring a Property lettings Co-ordinator for our busy Treforest office.

The main purpose of the role is to book, inspect & view properties, liaise with contract holders, Landlord, and contractors to arrange remedial works as well providing help to the lettings team with rental stock viewings

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5pm

Mileage allowance or Company pool car provided

Salary Upto – £22k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and attending property inspections/Viewings
  • Planning maintenance works
  • Instructing contractors
  • Negotiating deposit disputes
  • Booking gas, electrical & energy performance certificates
  • Providing help to the lettings team with rental stock viewings

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Thrives under pressure particularly during busy periods
  • Flexible and able to prioritise workload
  • Reliable and committed to our work as well as the team
  • Proven lettings experience – desirable not essential
  • Knowledge of KPR & Expert agent software – desirable not essential

Job Type: Fixed term contract
