Let Right Properties are a well established independent Letting Agent requiring a Property lettings Co-ordinator for our busy Treforest office.

The main purpose of the role is to book, inspect & view properties, liaise with contract holders, Landlord, and contractors to arrange remedial works as well providing help to the lettings team with rental stock viewings
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5pm
Mileage allowance or Company pool car provided
Salary Upto – £22k
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and attending property inspections/Viewings
- Planning maintenance works
- Instructing contractors
- Negotiating deposit disputes
- Booking gas, electrical & energy performance certificates
- Providing help to the lettings team with rental stock viewings
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team Player
- Thrives under pressure particularly during busy periods
- Flexible and able to prioritise workload
- Reliable and committed to our work as well as the team
- Proven lettings experience – desirable not essential
- Knowledge of KPR & Expert agent software – desirable not essential
