Let Right Properties Ltd are a leading letting & estate agent based in Pontypridd, South Wales. The company has two trading names of Let Right Properties & Sell Right Estate Agents.

Let Right Properties ltd was founded in June 2001 by Alison Davies and Jackie Greenley. Alison and Jackie both sisters gained a wealth of experience in the industry before deciding to set up their own company. They both set out with an objective to provide outstanding client service in the property industry and develop their work in a modern and fresh way, incorporating new technology and processes wherever possible.

In 2004 Barry Greenley joined the family run business after completing an apprenticeship in information technology. As the process of lettings and management within the company grew the need to expand the lettings and administration team saw the employment of Alysha Owens to head up with lettings administration.

Our portfolio boasts a varied selection of properties, ranging from compact city flats, to leafy detached properties. We are a friendly team who deal on a personal level, successfully bringing together landlords and tenants providing high levels of customer care, with a totally professional service.

In 2014 let right properties ltd expanded their business in the estate agency market and opening Sell Right Estate Agents this bringing a new challenge to everyone involved within the company and offering sellers and purchasers a new and fresh approach to selling and buying properties within Pontypridd and surrounding areas.
